Starting Strong
A new church development pastor needs to hit the ground running. The Training Center for Innovative Leadership wants to provide a place where new NCD pastors can come the first month of their ministry to be coached towards a strong, purposeful start to ministry. This is not a once a year conference, but a year round invitation to new NCD pastors. You get yourself here...we will provide 4 NCD coaches to work directly with you for 3 days to help you envision the first steps, as well as the long term vision towards this new church community. No longer do you have to wait for the annual NCD conference to be equipped and encouraged...you can come be coached when you need it most.
