MISSION: To train and equip churches, teams, and church planters to multiply spiritually dynamic communities of faith.

VISION: Because there are countless people in the world searching for hope and meaning and purpose, we want to spur a movement of new faith communities to drive more connections with vibrant spiritual community and a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.  

PURPOSE:

  • Provide training and conversations to strengthen vision for new church development and community outreach/discipleship.
  • Provide intentionally smaller conferences to allow for individual/team discernment and collaboration.
  • Provide follow up support and coaching after the event to encourage individuals and teams to continue moving forward with their vision.
  • Provide intentional intersection with the culture of a “church planting church” which hosts these training events.

picture1Shannon Kiser—Shannon has been in ministry in the Presbyterian Church USA for over 15 years and has a heart to see churches engaging in their communities and starting new communities of faith. As Director of the Training Center, she seeks to offer opportunities to engage in conversations around both the practical and spiritual dimensions of becoming a dynamic, mulitiplying faith community. The Spirit is at work revitalizing and growing the Church of Jesus Christ, and the role of the Training Center is to partner with this Spirit and join in this kingdom work.  Shannon is Field Staff for the GA Office of Church Growth and Parish Associate at Riverside Presbyterian Church.
